Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Bivora collects, uses, discloses, shares, stores, and retains personal information when you use the app, including AI photo features that may process face data.

For privacy requests, email with the subject line Privacy Request - Bivora.

1. Information We Collect

Bivora may collect the following categories of information:

2. Face Data Used for AI Features

If you choose to use an AI photo feature, Bivora collects the photo you select for that feature. That photo may include visible facial features and, when applicable, lip area.

Bivora also collects the option you select for the feature, such as a style, shade, or prompt choice, and the preview or analysis generated from your request.

Bivora receives this face data only from the photo you intentionally upload or capture for the AI feature. Bivora does not collect face data in the background.

3. How We Use Face Data

Bivora uses submitted face data only to generate the AI preview or analysis you request and to display the result back to you in the app.

Bivora does not use submitted face data for face recognition, identity verification, building biometric templates, profiling, advertising, or any unrelated product purpose.

4. Third-Party Sharing for AI Processing

Before Bivora sends a selected photo for an AI photo feature, the app presents an in-app face data consent prompt. If you do not agree, the selected photo is not sent for AI processing.

If you agree and continue, Bivora sends the selected photo and your selected style, shade, or prompt option to Alibaba Cloud DashScope, Bivora's third-party AI image-processing provider, solely to generate the preview or analysis you requested.

Bivora does not sell face data. Bivora requires its AI processing provider to handle the data only for the requested processing service and to protect it with appropriate security measures.

5. Storage and Retention of Face Data

Bivora does not store the source face photo on its own servers or in local app history for this AI feature.

Temporary provider task data and returned image links may remain available for up to 24 hours so the requested result can be delivered.

The generated result may remain only in local app history on your device until you delete it, clear history, or remove the app. If you explicitly save a result to your photo library, that saved copy remains until you delete it. Temporary share files created on your device are deleted after about 30 seconds.

6. Your Consent and Choices

Bivora asks for your permission the first time you use an AI photo feature. If you decline, Bivora does not send the selected photo for AI processing and the AI feature will not run.

You can stop using AI photo features at any time, delete saved results you kept on your device, and contact Bivora to request privacy review, access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal data.

7. Other App Permissions and Data Uses

Bivora may request camera access so you can capture a photo for your profile, post, message, or AI feature. It may request photo library access so you can select an existing image. Bivora may also collect limited device, security, support, and transaction data needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, process purchases, and respond to user requests.
