Help for AI previews, privacy controls, and account questions
Bivora shows a face data consent prompt the first time a user starts an AI photo feature. If the user does not agree, the app does not send the selected photo for AI processing.
Bivora sends the photo you selected for the AI feature, which may include visible facial features and, when applicable, lip area, together with the style, shade, or prompt option you selected in the feature flow.
Bivora sends AI photo requests to Alibaba Cloud DashScope, the app's third-party AI image-processing provider. The provider processes the data only to return the result the user requested.
Bivora uses submitted face data only to generate the requested AI preview or analysis. Bivora does not use that data for face recognition, identity verification, or unrelated advertising purposes.
Bivora does not store the source face photo on its own servers or in local app history for the AI feature. Temporary provider task data and returned image links may remain available for up to 24 hours. The generated result may remain only in local app history on the user's device until the user deletes it, clears history, or removes the app. If the user saves a returned result to Photos, that saved copy remains until the user deletes it.
Yes. A user can decline the AI face data consent prompt and continue using non-AI parts of the app. Declining consent only blocks the AI feature that needs the photo upload.
In Ring Circle, users can open the three-dot menu on another user's post, profile, or reply and choose Report. Bivora stores the report for moderation review.
Blocking immediately hides that account's profile, posts, and replies from the user's app view. Bivora also creates a moderation record so the account can be reviewed for abusive behavior.
Yes. Bivora uses automated text checks to stop posts or replies that contain abusive, threatening, explicit, or spam wording before they are published.
Bivora reviews valid objectionable-content reports within 24 hours and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate the Terms & Conditions.
